OUR RETURNS POLICY
Due to the type of products we sell we unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges once the items have been shipped.
If in unfortunate events your items arrived to you broken or damaged during transit we will offer an exchange of the same item if available.
Proof of pictures will need to be provided in order to do an exchange of the same item or a full refund if item is out of stock.
Return postage will be at the customers expense and must provide a tracking number for proof of shipping.
Any returned need to be posted back to us within 7 days of receiving them.
A refund/exchange can not be done until the items have arrived back to us.
If your parcel is lost by Australia Post or your local postal service, you will need to contact them directly.
We are here to help if this does occur and we will assist you in locating the missing parcel.
